No technician able to fix or diagnose transmission problems There is no qualified Transmission Tech available at this dealership. I had a service scheduled in October 2016, waited for the day for 2 weeks, day There is no qualified Transmission Tech available at this dealership. I had a service scheduled in October 2016, waited for the day for 2 weeks, day before the service we suddenly concluded that there is nobody there to diagnose my problem with transmission.... and there is no point to bring the car in. Service Personnel is very friendly and helpful, no problems with that. Management needs to re-think their hiring/compensation strategy so that qualified techs would be willing to work for Ford. More

My wife and I have worked with Mike on three vehicles for I just completed our FIFTH purchase from Mike Mangrum of Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. My wife and I have worked with Mike on three vehicles for myself and two for my wife in the past twelve years. This fact speaks to both confidence and longevity. Integrity is not a word often associated with a used car salesman in these times. However, integrity does not due Mike sufficient justice. Each time we needed to find another vehicle we never contemplated looking for a new salesman. The Herb Chambers experience speaks for itself. With the help of Paul, Edgar and Mike I recently bought a used car from Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough and it was an extremely pleasant experience. With the help of Paul, Edgar and Mike the sale went smoothly and the trip, a 4 hour drive from NY, was well worth taking. As we spent several hours going through paperwork, test drive, etc. we were treated as family throughout the whole process. Waste Of Your TIme Please don't be like me, and waste your time with this dealership. My time is very limited, but I took a day off from work to visit this dealership. Please don't be like me, and waste your time with this dealership. My time is very limited, but I took a day off from work to visit this dealership. I had emailed previously, and identified a vehicle I wanted to lease. There was no question which truck I wanted, and how I wanted to purchase it. After driving to this dealership, test driving the truck, and getting a useless sales pitch, I was informed that since it was a 2015, the truck could not be leased. While I don't dispute this fact, it would have been great if someone told me this BEFORE I rearranged my work week, took a day off, drove to the dealership, and test drove the truck. Presuming it was a ploy just to suck me in. I have never been so irritated by a dealership - and the worst part was there was no apologies - not from the individual dealership, nor the 'parent' dealership that I emailed my frustration to. Ford should be embarrassed by this dealership, and their lack of expertise, and respect for customers. Was never so satisfying to buy the truck at another dealership. More
