Very pleasant and informative experience. I recently purchased a used 2017 Ford Mustang and Marie helped me through the process. From the initial test drive where she walked me through the many, various features, to filling out all of the final paperwork, I knew I was in good hands. She treats each of her customers with complete focus and the highest of priorities. Combined with added effort from Mike Falco, they addressed all of my initial concerns and I was able to leave the dealership confident in having made the right purchase, from the right place. George in finance was also very knowledgeable and low pressure. Don, the manager, even introduced himself in a very unforced and pleasant way. This was the 4th car I test drove this time around, and the last. Definitely can recommend Herb Chambers. More

I first met Gene Centauro who was clever enough to be outside pounding the pavement and was eager to find the truck I wanted. He got my wish list and with the able help of Lauren Ostiguy started a search. Ultimately it came down Michael Dimella, General Sales Manager. Mike found the vehicle I wanted and brought it in from out of state without a commitment from me. And true to his word; within 5 days the truck was on site and we made a deal including some aftermarket upgrades that he took care of as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. More
good save I recently took delivery of a brand new F 150 from Herb Chambers in Westborough and found out on the way home that the windshield wipers didn't work. I recently took delivery of a brand new F 150 from Herb Chambers in Westborough and found out on the way home that the windshield wipers didn't work. I called my salesperson (Mike) from the turnpike and he researched the vehicle to make sure it wasn't equipped with "auto rain-sensing wipers", then invited me to come back and have it repaired right away. When I arrived back at the dealership he was out with another customer, but the first salesperson that greeted me walked me over to the service department where one of the service writers took my vehicle into the shop immediately. Mike then came looking for me and apologized for the inconvenience and waited with me while my vehicle was repaired. The team effort to satisfy me made a positive experience out of a potentially negative one. Having worked in customer service for 30+ years, I recognize that effort when I see it. More
Top Notch service I took my 1 month old 2017 Ford Explorer to the dealer this morning without an appointment but with some concerns about whether some of the high-tech I took my 1 month old 2017 Ford Explorer to the dealer this morning without an appointment but with some concerns about whether some of the high-tech features of the car were functioning properly. I was explaining my issues to the service department and they were preparing to help me but the General Manager of Herb Chambers Ford Westborough, Mr. McEwen heard me talking about my issues. He immediately enlisted the help of Marie, a saleswomen to see if my problems were "user" issues. It turned out that Marie was able to figure out that I was using a parking feature incorrectly. She was unable to help on the other issue so went into the service center to see if one of the mechanic specialists could help. That is when Mr. McEwen came back out and he hopped into the car and was able to correct and turn on the feature that I thought was "broken". I cannot believe the level of dedication by the entire team of the Westborough Ford dealership to make sure that my vehicle was in perfect working order and that I understood how to use/enable the features that caused me concern. I very highly recommend this dealership for purchase AND service of a Ford vehicle. More
