Works Package and Shocks Inspection People at Service center were talking amongst themselves and could be more aware of customers entering and standing in line. The keys to my car were supposedly "lost" after I had given them over to the Service Desk. Person doubted that I had done that, but I was proven correct in the end. Since I have been a loyal customer since 2002, I was wondering if the service center was thinking about a nominal reward program for loyalty and/or offering some preferential service timing slots. Fast & Efficient I asked for an afternoon turnaround of my vehicle when I scheduled the service for Noon. When I arrived, I reported that my radio antenna was cracked I asked for an afternoon turnaround of my vehicle when I scheduled the service for Noon. When I arrived, I reported that my radio antenna was cracked in multiple spots, which I had not noticed when I made the appointment. The had the part in stock. My oil change, inspection sticker and new antenna was completed in only 3 hours. They called me on my cell phone, as requested, when it was ready. Great Job! More
