Over the next I went to look at new explorers. I was greeted by Mr. Paul Scannell. He was pleasant, professional, kind, courteous, and very friendly. Over the next several hours, days I decided to purchase a new 2018 Explorer. There was no pressure by Paul. He clearly explained, in detail, about cost, payments, warranties, etc.. I truly could not have been happier with the entire experience. He showed me several vehicles and allowed me to decide which one was suitable for my families needs. I then spoke with Doug in financing. Again, he was wonderful. Spent the time explaining all the paperwork while at the same time being friendly and a gentleman. More

You can’t beat the service I have owned for Ford explores in the last 15 years and still bought them from previous dealerships. Herb Chambers of Westborough was by far the best dealer I have always been a Ford guy so I am familiar with many of the Ford dealers in my local area. Herb Chambers of Westborough was by far the best dealer I have worked with. My saleswoman was exceptional! She was informed and helpful with no pressure at all. I got good money for my trade and was able to drive out of the dealership the same exact day with my new truck. Five stars all the way around from sales to finance.
