Easy and comfortable I had been searching for an F250 online for a few weeks and had visited other dealerships. After settling on the price the transaction went very smoothly and they even worked to help me get a better financing rate. Best experience ever After having some car troubles and never having financed a car before, going to a dealership was not at the top of my “fun list”. My fiancé and I started at Imperial Ford in Mendon where we had THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. We were absolutely scarred for life after leaving there. A few months later we decided to start looking online and we found the most perfect car at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. A 2018 Ford Taurus. We went with intentions of just looking and test driving but as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle we were greeted by Mike Mangrum- who was truly nothing short of amazing. He was not your typical car salesman spewing all kinds of bs. He was so calm, cool and collected and was very personable. He let us talk about it privately on our own, answered the million and one questions we had (all answered with the truth) and didn’t breath down our necks or hound us about making a sale in that instant. He joked around, shared life stories, and just all around gave off comfortable feel and positive vibes. He went through all the possible numbers of what the payments would look like in different scenarios. We decided we were going to go home and sleep on it, come back with the down payment the next day and go from there. The next day we came to purchase the car (with our 9 year old daughter in tow this time) and were mentally prepared for a full evening of hours & hours of dreadful time getting paperwork done. We were in and out in under one hour. Mike Mangrum & Mike DiMella were wonderful with the finance guy (whose name i didn’t catch). He was great, got us a good rate and even sold us on the glass coat simonize protectant even though we weren’t planning on spending on any extras. Truly an all around top notch experience. I will be a repeat customer, and I will send my friends and family here from now on. More

The second time we went to Paul (after looking around on internet and auto trader etc...) and once again Paul found us a car which we bought that day (and in exactly price range we wanted).
