Easy and comfortable I had been searching for an F250 online for a few weeks and had visited other dealerships. I test drove a few of the F250's which gives a nice ride but none compared to the amenities on the truck I found at Herb Chambers and the price was not drastically higher. After settling on the price the transaction went very smoothly and they even worked to help me get a better financing rate. Marie Hamilton was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle, showing me all the features. Overall a very good first time experience with Herb Chambers Ford. More

Best experience ever After having some car troubles and never having financed a car before, going to a dealership was not at the top of my “fun list”. My fiancé and I started at Imperial Ford in Mendon where we had THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES. We were absolutely scarred for life after leaving there. A few months later we decided to start looking online and we found the most perfect car at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. A 2018 Ford Taurus. We went with intentions of just looking and test driving but as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle we were greeted by Mike Mangrum- who was truly nothing short of amazing. He was not your typical car salesman spewing all kinds of bs. He was so calm, cool and collected and was very personable. He let us talk about it privately on our own, answered the million and one questions we had (all answered with the truth) and didn’t breath down our necks or hound us about making a sale in that instant. He joked around, shared life stories, and just all around gave off comfortable feel and positive vibes. He went through all the possible numbers of what the payments would look like in different scenarios. We decided we were going to go home and sleep on it, come back with the down payment the next day and go from there. The next day we came to purchase the car (with our 9 year old daughter in tow this time) and were mentally prepared for a full evening of hours & hours of dreadful time getting paperwork done. We were in and out in under one hour. Mike Mangrum & Mike DiMella were wonderful with the finance guy (whose name i didn’t catch). He was great, got us a good rate and even sold us on the glass coat simonize protectant even though we weren’t planning on spending on any extras. Truly an all around top notch experience. I will be a repeat customer, and I will send my friends and family here from now on. More

You Can Never Have Too Many Mikes! I have purchased five vehicles over the years. ALL of them from Mike Mangrum in Herb Chambers of Westborough. His knowledge, skills, and abilities c I have purchased five vehicles over the years. ALL of them from Mike Mangrum in Herb Chambers of Westborough. His knowledge, skills, and abilities continue to be superb. My newest vehicle was subject of recall. I brought it in to be serviced and had extensive dealings with both Mike Ganas and Mike Senesac. The computer was updated as part of the recall. Then all xxxx broke loose. I had the car into service three more times because the vehicles computer freaked out in ways I will never understand. I was given a courtesy vehicle each time. The Mikes had to deal with Corporate Ford, Recall Ford, and New England Ford before a correction was made that has lasted since 4/11/19. There was NEVER a single moment when I felt abandoned. This experience has reassured me that Herb Chambers is the ONLY car dealer that I will ever need. Thank You ALL so very much. More
