Heather is the Best Service Person I scheduled a service appt. for an Oil change and tire rotation, after i arrived Heather noticed my tires were worn and one had a sidewall issue, Heat I scheduled a service appt. for an Oil change and tire rotation, after i arrived Heather noticed my tires were worn and one had a sidewall issue, Heather communicated with me and had 4 new tires installed for me. Heather went above and beyond by dropping me off and picking me up when the car was completed. Not to mention washed and cleaned the car. People like Heather is why i keep coming back. Great Work, 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition Ford announced the 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition in Dec 2019, a limited edition to honor the 1965 Shelby. I was very interested in a GT350, especially Ford announced the 2020 GT350 Heritage Edition in Dec 2019, a limited edition to honor the 1965 Shelby. I was very interested in a GT350, especially this one with the 1965 color schemes that work so well on this car. I contacted several Ford dealers and none were aware of this model. I emailed Jillian via their Internet Sales and she worked to confirm Herb Chambers could help with the order. David Chapin, Sales and Jason Lehner, General Sales Manager, helped me at the dealership to configure and order the car. Great communication on the status of the order during the COVID-19 period. The car was delivered in early July 2020 and it was everything I expected, right down to making sure all delivery items on my list were completed. David did a great job showing me all the GT350's features and setting up my phone. More

I was sick of the game playing, the lying, the misleading pricing and pushy sales/finance people. We stopped it to this dealership to check out the size of a vehicle. We were super impressed by the professionalism of the staff here. Very friendly, not pushy and they gave you the straight answer up front. I kept waiting for the glitch and there was none. I went back a few days later and we sealed the deal. I have been a Chevy fan for 25 years. The cars and trucks were good to me. The sales end was brutal so I'm giving Ford a shot. So far nothing but good things to say about my truck or this team of people. More
