Thank you for responding most companies do not I know cars in short supply but another solution is send 2 persons to pick up the car and 2 to bring it back My wife could not be left alone for any length of time. I explained this to receptionist and was told you can only get ride no lloaner or rental Hard to believe with number of vehicles HC has
