Drove an hour after being told they would beat any other dealers prices. Was told I would revied a great over KBB value on my trade only to be given the lowest and downright insulting offer well under even dealers prices. Also was told the vehicle I would be trading for would be waiting out-front to see only to be told that it wasn't even on the lot yet. This dealer clearly is greedy and unprofessional don't waste your time. Wasted my time and gas money. More

We had our 2022 in for routine service this month. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and comfortable. Checking in with Luke at the service desk was a pleasure. He immediately brought up the vehicle's records and printed out the work order for review/signing. He then arranged for a vehicle to drop us back home. Mike, the driver, was very efficient and courteous. The service was performed promptly and we were picked up to collect the car that same afternoon. No problems were found and the car continues to give good service for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough to family & friends. More
