He listened to all my needs and even asked if there was anything else wrong with the vehicle. I had my vehicle back the same day and was very happy with the work. He treated me and my family member with respect and made us feel at home. I will make 100% sure the next time that I need to have service done I will bring it back to him. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and so easy to speak with about the issues and his concerns. Dan gave a a estimate of cost for total completion of services and when service was completed Dan was right on the monies. My experience with the services dept was excellent and would be back in the future. In addition our Daughter Purchased a Ford Edge and would like to Thanks Scott Lewis for his expertise and assistance in making that purchase easier then we though it would be. Again, thanks for making both Service and Purchase and easy process for the customers. More
5 Stars. Called this morning regarding a recent recall on my Ford Escape. Spoke with Andy Andrews. Inquired about time frame for the recall. Brought in vehicle, was told it would take about an hour to resolve all issues. Pulled in at 9:00 a.m. Andy was very professional, and pleasant. 59 minutes later the vehicle was all set. I have got to say that when I arrived there was not a seat to be had in the waiting area. The place was packed. I thought I would be there for a while. I decided to take a walk through the dealership. EVERYONE who I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and a "good morning sir". These associates couldn't have been any friendlier. I was also approached by Brandon Williams, who sold me my Escape. He remembered me, and asked how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and have had experiences with the service departments in other dealerships, mostly negative experiences. These guys are the real deal. They genuinely do care about the customer, not like some other dealerships. If you need service, look no further. Also if you need a new, or used vehicle, this is the place to go. Ask for Brandon, he is top shelf.......... More

I recently had an issue with my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria and brought my car in for service for the engine service light. I was treated exceptionally well and had the car back to me, all fixed up, within a and brought my car in for service for the engine service light. I was treated exceptionally well and had the car back to me, all fixed up, within a day of diagnosing the problem. I never got the name of the mechanic who did the actual work, but both Andy and Michael kept me in the loop on what was being done to diagnose and repair my car. I highly recommend them for service to anyone who needs it. More
I have been going to Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree for all the service I need on my Ford 150. I find the service advisor Michael Keeley very easy to work with. When the time comes to pay for the service Crystal Whitley has always been very friendly and positive to work with. Overall I will continue to use Herb Chambers Ford for my future mechanical repairs and I am sure my next new Ford 150 XLT will be from Herb Chambers Ford. Thanks for getting me back on the road. More
I want to say Crystal Whitley is wonderful employee, she's so friendly and kind. She makes my day when ever I come to the shop with her cheerful attitude. I've been having trouble with my 2010 Escape. I took the car into the dealership around 4pm and once I told the service writer, Matt Dow-Allan, about the car he knew exactly what the issue was. I have the extended warranty through Ford and Matt got me a rental and the car was ready for me the next day. What a great dealership and I would recommend it to anyone. More

Now that my children drive it is important that their cars are safe and reliable and thanks to Mike and the service department we feel confident that their cars are in the best possible shape they can be in! Even when my daughter hears a "strange noise" (technical talk) they check out the entire car to get to the bottom of the problem, never making her feel silly for not knowing exactly how to explain the problem! As a parent you can't ask for more than that!! Having been going there for year and will continue to do so! More
