I once had a nail in my tire when my new leased Focus was 2 months old. I took it in for service, and was not charged, and all they kept saying was "not a problem, enjoy your new car". That really mattered to me and made me recommend this dealer to 2 coworkers of mine, 1 of which ended up purchasing a Focus. It took only about 3 hrs to literally trade in my old lease and drive off the lot with a shiny new Focus. Again, the customer service was better than I've ever seen anywhere else, and I have been to other dealers. My recomendation for this dealer is to keep up the incresible customer service, and treat customers as human...some dealers are all about the money. What matters in this day in age, is providing quality vehicles and services for a reasonable price, and Herb Chambers of Braintree fullfills all of that and more.
