Dan gave a a estimate of cost for total completion of services and when service was completed Dan was right on the monies. My experience with the services dept was excellent and would be back in the future. In addition our Daughter Purchased a Ford Edge and would like to Thanks Scott Lewis for his expertise and assistance in making that purchase easier then we though it would be. 5 Stars. Called this morning regarding a recent recall on my Ford Escape. Spoke with Andy Andrews. Inquired about time frame for the recall. Brought in vehicle Called this morning regarding a recent recall on my Ford Escape. Spoke with Andy Andrews. Inquired about time frame for the recall. Brought in vehicle, was told it would take about an hour to resolve all issues. Pulled in at 9:00 a.m. Andy was very professional, and pleasant. 59 minutes later the vehicle was all set. I have got to say that when I arrived there was not a seat to be had in the waiting area. The place was packed. I thought I would be there for a while. I decided to take a walk through the dealership. EVERYONE who I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and a "good morning sir". These associates couldn't have been any friendlier. I was also approached by Brandon Williams, who sold me my Escape. He remembered me, and asked how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and have had experiences with the service departments in other dealerships, mostly negative experiences. These guys are the real deal. They genuinely do care about the customer, not like some other dealerships. If you need service, look no further. Also if you need a new, or used vehicle, this is the place to go.
