Excellent customer service Dan Abate provided excellent customer service. I had a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired. I showed up with no appointment and Dan went above and beyond to help me. The tire was not in stock. He ordered it and had it fixed in a very timely manner. Other places told me it would be at least 48 hours! I use your service department for all regular maintenance on my vehicle and Dan has always been honest and the service has always been prompt! More

I actually live in Norwood near auto mile and the experience at Herb Chambers since day 1 has me coming back. I get my oil changed when my mileage is close. All of scheduled maintenance is performed there as well. I never feel that I have to have anything done, it is always recommended. They are accommodating to anyone's schedule by having Enterprise right on premise so that you can leave your car to be worked on. I will definitely buy from Herb Chambers in the future. Maria More
