I had the work pkg done in the time they said it would be done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. My 2017 Edge is being recalled for front brake flexible hoses so A J set me up for that to done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. This was a recall from Ford due to their mistakes. I should not have to pick up the cost for a rental for that day. I am very disappointed with Ford where I am on my third Ford Edge from Herb Chambers. More

Called and quickly/easily scheduled service appt. They fit me in promptly and conveniently. Brought my car and Aidan greeted me at the Service drive in.
