I am sorry that there have been delays getting your truck repaired. Parts are delayed because of the global microchip shortage and the issues with the supply chains. Had my 2018 Ford towed there I was told I needed a engine 24,000 on it they told me it would probably be here for a minimum of 90 days .they told me to bring it to the dealer I bought it from so I did More

I would never ever buy a car from herb chambers even if they were thousands of dollars less .to tell me to bring car back to where I bought it that was the only positive answere I got from your service department. To tell someone there motor is gone with only 24 thousand miles on it .not nice I can only share my Experience with who ever will listen
