Brought my car in for "the works", a recall and a state inspection sticker. They told me they couldn't do an inspection sticker because my windows are tinted too dark. I tried explaining to them that I bou inspection sticker. They told me they couldn't do an inspection sticker because my windows are tinted too dark. I tried explaining to them that I bought the car (used car) from them with the tint on it and they have done the last two inspection stickers on it. (I didn't tint the windows). The service writer told me "to bring it to a gas station because they don't have cameras like they do at the dealership" which is just a lie! At that point I just hung up on him while he was still talking. Don't lie!! Richard Teevens More
The service department took me in on an emergency response basis, and quickly diagnosed the problem (throttle body), and fixed it quickly and expertly, and also did an oil change.
