Not an inclusive or accepting place of business. Lack of respect and use of outdated sir/ma’am pronouns and reference to customers and Mr./Ms instead of by first name. I heard this multiple times as Lack of respect and use of outdated sir/ma’am pronouns and reference to customers and Mr./Ms instead of by first name. I heard this multiple times as the service advisors created other customers. Then when my car was done, I was called as Ms or Mr(I couldn’t tell which was said) instead of them simply saying my first name. Use of such language is very alienating to those who are gender non-conforming. This behavior happened the day after I called in the day before my appointment, telling them they’d get a one star rating if I heard it. This appointment was for the repair of defective tires they sold me the week before. After calling Scott Lewis(general manager) to follow up on an email related to this complaint, my concern was brushed off and Scott misgendered me despite my obvious first name and high pitched voice. For those who are LGBTQ, Gender non-conforming, transgender or a member of any marginalized group, I do NOT recommend this dealership. More
