The GM is no better than the service department. Very rude, disrespectful, no compassion when they drop the ball with no communication, and overall they want to blame you for their mess-up!!!! Gosh, this operation was impressive. The place is kept neat and clean. I mean even the repair area is immaculate. Not only are the service bays kept free of discarded parts but the bays The place is kept neat and clean. I mean even the repair area is immaculate. Not only are the service bays kept free of discarded parts but the bays are polished...free of dirt and grease. I made my appointment on the net and when I arrived was assigned to work with Jack. He would keep me updated by phone as my car went under examination. My car has been great. Very few repairs over the life of the car. To date I have had only to replace the transmission. Ya, not cheap but considering the car is pushing two hundred thousand miles and this is threw stop and go on good old interstate 95...I can't complain. Plus, I got a really good buy on the trans. Today's problem would be the water pump. (Leaking around the connections.) not anything major. But the show stopper is: the service guys found many holes rusted out in the frame. "Thank you department of public works for salting all those New England roadways." I guess I find myself thankful that I went to Herb Chambers. And thankful the company has a great team in the service department. If I had gone elsewhere the pump might have been replace without ever thoroughly checking the rest of the car and offering me several suggestions as to the future of this car. I particularly want to thank Jack for keeping me updated and being so easy to work with. Great Team there. Helpful as can be, knowledgeable, confident. Seem to really care for the customers. If you have car problems I suggest Herb Chambers of Braintree. Any of the service coordinators will help you. I suggest you ask for Jack. More
