Jack Nguyen greeted me promptly with a smile and asked how he could help me. I explained that I was getting no key present on dashboard and couldn’t start the car without my wife’s key fob. He promptly took the two key fobs confirmed his solution that my key fob was defective, covered by warranty and could reprogram new one provided in stock availability. He stated it would be 1 to 2 hours for the whole process if I could wait in waiting room. He came back shortly and confirmed replacement fob available. I said great and asked if the Works could be added. He said I could wait because I still had more miles to go but I preferred it be done because it was the first time. He had the new fob and the works done in a little under 2 hours and confirmed that the new fob worked. He also showed my Fords backup plan if this problem happened in the future. Wow what professional courteous service from Jack who considers his service to the customer as “ Job #1”. I think I’ve heard that in a Ford ad sometime. More
