I had the work pkg done in the time they said it would be done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. My 2017 Edge is being recalled for front brake flexible hoses so A J set me up for that to done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. My 2017 Edge is being recalled for front brake flexible hoses so A J set me up for that to be done on Monday June 14. I was not happy that Ford would not pay for a rental for that day. This was a recall from Ford due to their mistakes. I should not have to pick up the cost for a rental for that day. I am very disappointed with Ford where I am on my third Ford Edge from Herb Chambers. More

Antwan the service advisor was amazing, he worked with my insurance co. and got the job done perfectly. Above and beyond expectations. I had two flat tires after hitting debris on the highway and was able insurance co. and got the job done perfectly. Above and beyond expectations.
