You certainly didn’t value my business Scott Lewis. After multiple attempts you, who represents Herb Chambers to fix my BRAND NEW cars damaged convertible roof. You denied, covered up and interfered with my car getting serviced by ripping up a service invoice which stated by the service Forman there was an issue with the roof. You became DEFENSIVE from day one that I brought the issue of the car to your attention and denied by saying it worked normal. I owned the car for ONE Day under 24 hours. So I went to FORD corporate. Under FORD representatives advise, I brought my Mustang to another ford dealer who upon inspection found an issue immediately. The dealer had to REALIGN the roof for it to operate properly and function for me. Save your copy/paste comments that you want to make it right. I received courteous, honest help from another ford dealership that stands for the ford product and customer. This wasn’t my first purchase at a Herb Chambers dealership but it will certainly be my last. HERB CHAMBERS I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE A CLOSER LOOK WHAT IS HAPPENING BETWEEN THE WALLS OF THIS DEALERSHIP
