My experience was excellent. I switched to the dealer for service and parts because I could not get an appointment in Norwood. I have had excellent service since day 1. The agent I switched to the dealer for service and parts because I could not get an appointment in Norwood. I have had excellent service since day 1. The agents are wonderful they explain everything that has to be done with your vehicle. You know the approximate cost before the work is done. They call you with an update regarding the service and will send pictures to explain what work if needed will have to be performed underneath your car. My car has always been ready as promised and the cost was the price that the agent mentioned. I never had any surprises or had to take my car back once it was done. I have had excellent service. Will definitely go back. More
