I just bought a 2022 F-350 Super Duty. This is the 10th vehicle I’ve bought from Herb Chambers Braintree. They are positively the best dealership to deal with. Scott Lewis the general manager is always honest and knowledgeable. I would say the most informed truck guy in New England. Extremely helpful and fair. He takes care of any problems before and after the sale. He makes buying a vehicle so easy. He takes the stress out of the whole process. He actually makes it fun. No BS. Now to make things even better, his son Connor is now employed there. What a fantastic father/son team. Connor has inherited his dads know how and good manners. A few month ago my wife wanted a pre owned Audi Q-5 with certain options. Very hard to to find. Scott brought 3 of them to the dealership in Brantree for her to choose from. She choose one. He took her old one and gave her a very fair trade and she drove away with her new one. This was during the pandemic. Considering the crazy prices dealerships were asking during that time, he gave her a very fair price for the new one and the trade. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Herb Chambers Brantree. Christmas Eve morning my engine shut down. I had no hope of getting it repaired for Christmas. Had it towed to Herb Chambers. Four hours later much to my surprise I was driving home, repairs done.
