My experience with the Service Department at Herb Chambers has been very good. They have been upfront, considerate of my time and very fair to deal with. Another job well done at Herb Chambers service Dept in Braintree. Marcelo is highly knowledgeable and is also extremely polite and friendly. A refreshing combination in this world that seems to be filled Braintree. Marcelo is highly knowledgeable and is also extremely polite and friendly. A refreshing combination in this world that seems to be filled with negativity lately. I think Marcelo learned from the best, his manager’Jay Larkin. Now Jay is the epitome of all those qualities and makes a customer feel welcome and appreciated. Jay will take the time to ask you about you and your family and what your plans are for the weekend etc. I wouldn’t bother writing this little dissertation, but feel that they deserve a little Cudos for the extra care they give you!
