Would have gone lower if I could have . Made an appointment to drop off my van for a transmission issue appointment was rescheduled the morning before I was supposed to drop it off for two Made an appointment to drop off my van for a transmission issue appointment was rescheduled the morning before I was supposed to drop it off for two weeks later. I drop my van off on the sixth after the two week delay where it just sat there with nothing goin on no call so I called them last Tuesday when I was told they needed 2 more days so I said no problem. Called back today the 18th the van still has not been looked at !! So needless to say I’m going to pick it up and will be taking it elsewhere. I find it entertaining that they were able to do the brakes for $845 and yet they couldn’t look at the transmission two weeks later which is what it was in there for the Steeler ship is a complete joke and I wouldn’t take a scooter here. I mean, if when I called last week, they just said it’s gonna be a couple of weeks that would’ve been one thing but they told me two days and then when I asked him to give me the vehicle back and put me on the list for the transmission technician, I was told ““ we have a lot of cars before you. I asked him when that was going to be looked at, and he said I cannot tell you that this is not the way to do business at all. I mean car dealerships are really in the tank. It’s so bad , needless to say, I have an appointment at another dealership and I just bought a new van hooray to me and I would’ve bought it from them if they were smart More
