This was the worst service I ever received in my life and would not recommend anyone to ever go here and will never bring my vehicle here again. My vehicle was left with the windows down and full of dust fro would not recommend anyone to ever go here and will never bring my vehicle here again. My vehicle was left with the windows down and full of dust from the body shop even though it was not in for bodywork. My service advisor Paul Martin never returned any phone calls and continued to promise my vehicle would be done by the next day almost a week straight. I had told my service advisor I wanted all parts back and wasn't given any parts back. I was overcharged for several parts for my repair, the parts department gave me a list price on all parts and most parts were two times over the last price for parts to what the parts department would charge any other customer. I had to call my own warranty company to get the paperwork completed because the service advisor was in capable of doing the paper work. Every time I called to speak to the service advisor I was told he will call me back but after several days I had to go there myself to find the service advisor to find out what was going on with my truck. Again I would highly suggest anyone thinking of having there vehicle serviced here should find any other place to have the work done. More
