Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree is by far the best car dealership that I have done business with. They say what they do and they do what they say. The service is second to none. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from them and it is nice to deal with a dealership that put's the customer first. You don't leave the dealership wondering if you have been taken. From the GM of the dealership to the service department, they all treat you with respect. You can tell that there number one priority is the customer, not just making a sale. To me, making the sale is the easy part, keeping the customer happy and satisfied after the is important. Overall it was another excellant buying experiance at Herb Chambers Ford and I would recommend anyone to this dealership. This is my 4th purchase of a Ford vehicle and they just keep getting better. I wanted to trade in my truck in order to get a more cost effective vehical and get my credit back on track. My friend recomended I go to Herb Chambers because of his past experiences. I went in to the dealer ship and was greeted by Jim Dee and Scott Lewis. My friend had called and told Scott of my situation and what i wanted. Scott's first words to me were "i wana take care of you and will do what i can to make it work". He then asked me a few questions and had Jim Dee take care of me. Jim was very friendly and informative and assured me that if Scott can do something to make it work he will. The process was very quick, I knew what i wanted and thats exactly what they tried to give me. I got an honest price on my trade in and got exactly the vehical i was looking for. Well Jim got the vehical ready Miguel A Silva went over financing. He was also very informative and answered every question I had and explained everything to me clearly. The whole process took about 3 hours and in the end not only did a get the car i needed and save money but was able to take some of the money from my trade in and use it to pay off another loan. I was a first time buyer with fairly new credit and and not a lot of money to work with. I walked into the Herb Chambers Ford dealership and was greeted by a very friendly sales associate (Jim Dee) that ev not a lot of money to work with. I walked into the Herb Chambers Ford dealership and was greeted by a very friendly sales associate (Jim Dee) that even though he was limping on one knee, got up and sat down more than 20 times trying to find me the perfect car for my budget without holding out on quality. The thing that caught my attention was that he was very honest and didn't try to just sell me a car, he wanted me to feel comfortable and that made the sale with me. Once the car was picked, the financing was becoming a problem but instead of going the easy route and not deal with the hassle, Miguel Silva (finance manager) stuck by me and talked to more than 20 banks to see which one could take a chance with me. After several days, Miguel got a bank to finance my car. That weekend Jim picked me up (I live 30 mins from the dealership) I signed all the paperwork and left the dealership in a great car and got a sweet deal at that. I thank the staff of Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree and especially to Miguel and Jim for making what could have been a traumatic and very stressful experience into something that was completely the opposite. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future and would DEFINITELY would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

By the time I had visited Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, I had already visited several other dealerships. When Shatoya introduced herself, I thought she was too young to work with. I am truly grateful that I listened to my "gut". Shatoya has to be one of the best sales persons I have every worked with. I was imprressed with her knowledge of the Ford cars. What I liked best was how she listened to what I was looking for; she took notes, and she suggested two cars. The Ford Fusion, which I could not afford but loved, and the Ford Focus. She suggested I drive both cars and see what I thought. While driving the Focus, she told me about the extras that came with this model. (these were the things I hoped to be able to afford) I was very impressed with this information and doubly impressed with Shaytoya. She is an excellent sales person. She gave me the knowledge I needed to make my best decision. I told her I had other places to visit and that I'd call her to let her know what my decision would be. I finally called back after visiting a couple of other dealerships to negociate a deal. Once again, she couldn't do enough for me. I have bought 8 new cars since 1978 and I have to say this experience what probably one of the best, if not the best, Herb Chamabers Ford in Braintree is extremely lucky to have such an incredible sales representative in Shatoya; I hope they realize just how good she really is.
