He listened to my needs and made me feel at ease within seconds. I never felt pressured to buy or make choices I wasn't sure of. And he was attentive to details through the entire process, and I drove away a very happy customer! Miguel Silva the finance mgr put the time in to find me a decent pre-owned interest rate with my good credit. He followed through to get the paperwork squared away timely. I decided to try and finance a new car this year at Herb Chambers Ford without any prior experience at this particular dealership. I was greeted right away by friendly staff who showed me the utmost respect and professionalism at all stages of the process. I was uncertain of what I wanted but did have financial criteria that I needed to meet. My sales person was Ron Novin. Ron was personable, knowledgable and professional. I was comfortable with our interaction, and always felt that he was trying to accomodate my interest as many times as I changed the direction of what to pursue. Since my credit was mid range as I like to refer to it, never did I feel judged or belittled by that credit status. For that reason, I continued to work with both Ron and Miguel (the Finance Manager) until we were able to arrive at a good fit resulting in the purchase of a new/used car (2009 Honda Civic). Miguel was critical in role he played because he continued to redirect me back to what he knew made sense for me financially and did not try to push me into something I could not afford. Actually it was quite the opposite. It is easy for a person to get off track with all the great new cars they have for sale, and each time I began to look at something which would have likely put me in a financially uncomfortable position after all was said and done, Miguel realigned my thinking and redirected me to what made sense for me. This guidance for a woman with no other family member wanting to be involed in the car purchasing process was very helpful and much appreciated. As a result of my positive experience at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, I would most definately purchase my next car there again. Please consider them as your number one dealer. More
