After checking prices with two other dealers, and feeling as if my decision was made, I contacted Chambers Ford. I am a bit picky and I called in every few days to check up, and we were always given the most recent update on what information they had. Unfortunately our salesman had the day off on the only day we could pick up the car, but he had the car ready for us when we came in and familiarized another salesman with the transaction. Overall, the actual sale was very painless. I didn't feel pressured but was pleased with the negotiations. The finance manager Miguel was very easy to work with, very honest with us, and didn't rush us or make us feel unimportant, like I've felt at other dealerships in the past.
