I had a 2007 Edge and the lease would have been up in July. I went there to find out what the options were to trade, buy out, finance the balance, etc. Joe greeted us (my wife and I) and was very pleas July. He asked us what we needed for help and when we discussed our visit purpose and took some information he than went to Errol (Gen. Mgr) who came over to us and indicated that we could get a good deal on a new lease. We weren't thinking in that direction, but after looking at the options that were presented we leased a 2010 Escape. As was with the first visit some 3 years ago, Joe and Errol provided a very pleasant experience, in what can be a stressful time. From Joe to Errol to Niel (finance) we were very pleased. They listened to what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. They handled all issues well. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed on the used vehicle I purchased. They fixed them without charging me and without any hassle. When my sales rep (Ron Novin) had to be out of the office due to a death in his family, the other employees took over to help in his absence and never missed a beat...even the general manager of the dealership. I was so happy I chose to purchase from their dealership...and I had gone to several others first. When I buy my next Ford, it will be from this dealership. More

I understand the art or game of negotiating and I enjoy playing. I didn't like the fact that I had to "fight" for my own excellent credit rating interest rate. However, as soon as the interest rate dropped to my liking, I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Michele was very easy to talk with and very helpful with setting up my Sync information. She explained all the cars bells and whistles (navigation, DVD, Sync, phone setup, etc). She even went out of her way to bring me my two car seats, when I left the dealership in my new Flex without them. She has been easy to get in touch with or contact and always gets right back to me. I did have to go back to the dealership and get a sticker and it was a breeze due to her setting that up. More

Both Shatoya and Miguel were very helpful in the whole leasing process. They smoothed through problems with Rhode Island's tax division and I was able to take possession of the car as scheduled. They also didn't have a second key ready for me when I picked up the car, but was able to pick it up a few days later. More
