I first met Ron in the fall of 2009. When I met with him, he took the time to understand what I wanted and needed. At that time I wasn't able to purchase a car. He called me a couple of times too see if I wa he took the time to understand what I wanted and needed. At that time I wasn't able to purchase a car. He called me a couple of times too see if I was still interested. My father-in-law became very ill at the time and buying a car was the last thing on my mind. He understood that too. He said for me to contact him when I was ready. We lost Dad on Christmas Eve. As I continued to drive my Saturn I knew I would be needing a car soon. In April I called Ron back and told him I'd be in. When I arrived at 930am he was with another customer. He came over and explained he was almost finished and he'd be able to help me. He offered me coffee, tea, donuts and the morning newspaper. I assured him I was ok and went outside to look at the Escapes on the lot. A short time later he joined me. I showed him which one I wanted to test drive and off we went. He had me take it on the expressway to see how it handled and then around the neighorhood. We drove over to another lot to look at more Escapes. I chose a black 2010 Escape with a dark gray interior. I LOVE IT! We worked out a price and then I sat down with Neil. Neil & I went over differnt things while Ron was getting my car ready for me. I left around 1pm and went to the bank. I came back later in the afternoon with a check for my Escape. Neil took care of sending the proper paperwork to my insurance company. He & I went over more paperwork, which was pretty hard to do since the computer system went dowi. Dispite all the computer & faxing issues all the paperwork was ready. While all of this was going on Ron had gone to the registry for my plates and had someone detailing my Escape. I was sitting in the waiting room reading the afternoon paper when Ron came over to me. He told me my Escape was outside and ready to go. We went outside and there sat my beautful new Escape. He went over everything with me. He even programed my phone into the system for me. I woke up that morning wondering if I would really purchase a new vehicle and that evening @ 630pm I drove one home. To say Ron was the deciding factor in my purchasing this SUV is an understatement. He never pressured me about anything. He walked & talked me through the whole process. He made sure I was happy with what I was buying. I went back on that Saturday to get my sticker and learned that Ron wasn't in. Jim greeted me in the parking lot and took me inside the showroom. He asked for my keys and while I sat talking with Neil he had my sticker done. The service I received that day was fantastic. I didn't have to do a thing. When I was leaving I learned that Ron had just lost his father. I left feeling very sad because someone I now consider a friend had lost a very special person. The other day I called Ron about something I felt was wrong with my Escape. He insisted that would drive over to my work and pick it up. He took it back to the dealership and had someone test drive it and look it over. About 2 hours later my car was back at work with all my questions answered and he had it washed too. You can't ask for anymore then that. Everyone at work was extremely impressed with him. Lets face it, most places figure once you have purchaed what they are selling their job is done. Thats not how I was treated. Thanks Ron for taking such great care of me..................I LOVE MY ESCAPE. Thanks Marcia Brundage More
