I brought my mothers car into the service department this week because she had a low tire light on. One of the service advisors asked Matt to have some one check out my tires. He jumped right into the car and brought it to one of the mechanics and waited with the car while he checked the pressure in all my tires. Matt then brought the car out front for me and explained to me that with the drop of temperature from the night before had caused the low tire light to come on. He assured me that all four tires had lost just a little bit of pressure in each one and they had set them to the correct pressures and turned off the light. When I asked how much I owed him he said "nothing its all set." Everyone was very helpful there. More

His wealth of knowledge, pool of honesty and depth of kindness made all the difference. The family fell in love with the Ford flex because of its uniqueness, wonderful features and it is roomy, which made it fantastic. My Flex had to be brought down from Maine so I can purchase it. To make this, experience even more perfect, the general manager Scott Lewis stepped in; lowered the price of the 100,000 mile warranty, complemented the flex with Thule cargo bay and roof racks, and gave me extra protection with the venture shield at no additional charge.
