I came in just to browse the lot I had a lease but it wasnt up until mid summer. I was greeted on the showroom floor by shatoya who went into all the details of the edge and explorer. When I finally got to neil I thought I would get fustrated by the sales pressure to buy warranties and other useless stuff to me. I never once felt pressured and I also brought the warranty. This dealership is by far the best one around. I went in and knew the car I wanted already, a 2011 Ford Fusion. Walter came right up and got down to business. Neil Finch was amazing. It took a couple of days to final get the yes from the bank but Neil was there every step of the way as was Walter. i talked to them everyday and they kept me posted. Neil did everything he could to get me into the Fusion. Neil is very personable and friendly. I would recommend this car dealership to everyone.
