I recently had an issue with my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria and brought my car in for service for the engine service light. I was treated exceptionally well and had the car back to me, all fixed up, within a and brought my car in for service for the engine service light. I never got the name of the mechanic who did the actual work, but both Andy and Michael kept me in the loop on what was being done to diagnose and repair my car. I've been having trouble with my 2010 Escape. I took the car into the dealership around 4pm and once I told the service writer, Matt Dow-Allan, about the car he knew exactly what the issue was. Even when my daughter hears a "strange noise" (technical talk) they check out the entire car to get to the bottom of the problem, never making her feel silly for not knowing exactly how to explain the problem!
