Starting with Lisa Chamberlain the BDC Manager, Brandon Williams the Sales and Leasing Consultant ( who exemplified the meaning of helpfulness and professionalism and went above and beyond in answering any and all questions we had ), the Sales Manager Guillaume Jean was great and the Finance Manager Sean Alpert explained every facet on the money side of the deal we received. We started researching the 2013 Ford C-Max since they started rolling off the assembly line last September and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We took delivery of our new C-Max on 1/18/13 and will definitely recommend your dealership to all our family and friends for an enjoyable buying experience with an A-1 staff who should be recognized for the great job they do. Count us as customers for life. More
I had a great experience buying a new Ford Taurus from Herb Chamber Ford in Braintree. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I got all the facts and information before I bought the car - inclu Herb Chamber Ford in Braintree. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I got all the facts and information before I bought the car - including a test drive that allowed me to drive where I wanted to so that I experiences all the normal conditions. David Pichard was my sales aconsultants and he went out of his way to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied. I got a great deal of the new car and getting everything done on time made me a happy customer. I cannot recommend Herb Chanbers enough. More
My husband and I have bad credit and were not looking forward to buying a car. But I talked to Mark on the phone and he said they might be able to help and for us to come on down! The next day with paperwork in hand I took the bus to the dealership and was greeted with smiles and friendly staff! There was coffee and apples downstairs, a good selection of cars with good prices. I spent all afternoon working with Tom Kent the salesman trying to work out a good monthly payment. We picked up my husband after he got out of work and continued to work with the staff and the banks to get closer to the initial price we had agreed upon. We were pleased to find out they could finance us and get us into a great used car! Let me tell you, before going to the dealership and talking with the staff and actually driving the Ford Focus my husband said Fords were Found On the Road Dead...I am happy to report that after the great staff at Herb Chambers Ford and the quality of the 2009 car we ended up buying we are both fans of Ford! We haven't had the freedom to just go out and buy grociery's, or to go on a date because I have a stomach condition and public transportation takes too long! Thanks to Herb Chambers Ford we can go out again, we can take the dogs to the dog park and we can once again have the privilage of owning a great car! THANKS to everyone who helped!!!! More
We purchased our new (used) car yesterday at Herb Chambers in Braintree. We had such a negative experience at our local Ford on Cape Cod (didn't want to work with us, never called us back after we l Chambers in Braintree. We went to Braintree after looking at their inventory and really didn't have high hopes. Koudjo greeted us and brought us in and asked us what we were looking for. The whole time he stayed positive and said, "I will make it work". He made it work. Even after the purchase of the car was over Koudjo helped us set up our handsfree and got in the car with us and helped us. It was nice to know we weren't just a number and that he took the time for us and stayed with us throughout the process. Anytime I need a new car I will go to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree! Also, Miguel was awesome in the financing department as well! Thank you to all that were involved yesterday! More

Tuesday, April 24th I stopped after work to look at cars. My car was a 1998 Infiniti QX4 and it was definitely time to move on. I was greeted by Nancy who is “one in a million” (I apologize for not knowing My car was a 1998 Infiniti QX4 and it was definitely time to move on. I was greeted by Nancy who is “one in a million” (I apologize for not knowing her last name) and will refer to her as the “silver member” on your team. There is no doubt I had the “deer in the headlight” look on my face as I was then met by Mr. John Swirbalus (“John”) who I will refer to as the “gold member” on your team. I had no clue what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, whether I wanted to lease or buy, etc., etc. John was professional, patient, caring, engaging, extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to guide me (it also helped that we are “reasonably” close in age). There was a 2010 Ford Focus on the lot with only 15,000 miles on it. I/We took it for a spin and I loved it. “The rest is history”! The next “silver/gold member” on your team that I had the good fortune to meet was Mr. Keith Jackson, Business Manager (“Keith”). He totally helped with the financing and made the “signing” process a pleasure. I cannot imagine a lot of buyers and/or lessees who can say the same thing, as we sign our lives away, Again, Keith was extremely professional and most helpful! I picked up the car late Wednesday afternoon (04/25). Bottom line, Mr. Chambers, I had “no” intentions of buying and/or leasing a car when I went into your Braintree showroom Tuesday (I work at Braintree Hill Office Park). The “WOW” factor was truly John, Keith and Nancy. I was not pressured in any way, which I cannot stand in “any” business environment. I hope that you will acknowledge this and share it with John, Keith and Nancy as I am extremely happy to have met each of them. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with Herb Chambers Ford. I would and will recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking for a vehicle. Again, my thanks. K. Clifford More
I just want to apologize for not writing this review right after my experience last May, but all I have to say about Herb Chambers Ford, and "everyone" that I dealt with there, was that it was the absol right after my experience last May, but all I have to say about Herb Chambers Ford, and "everyone" that I dealt with there, was that it was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure what so ever, when I told them that I didn't want to pay X amount of dollars, they adjusted fire, and got me a purchase price, and financing I could live with, especially in this rotten economy! I tell anyone and everyone that happens to be in the market for a new or even used car, to head straight down to Herb Chambers Ford if they want to be taken care of in a personal and professional manner! Mustafa helped us buy a pre-owned Ford F150. The entire experience was excellent. Normally, I do not like buying cars because sales people are so pushy, but Mustafa is a very nice guy, and made the truck b experience was excellent. This dealership worked with us to get a price we could live with, and helped us pick out the right car for our daughter with great patience. We corresponded by both e mail and telephone prior to driving to Braintree. We had already driven over 120 miles to and from the Westborough Dealership; had an unpleasant experience-did not want to wast driving to Braintree. We were assured by the several phone discussions that they wanted to work with us. The shortest version: This Braintree Herb Chambers Ford was much worse than Westborough! The salesmen were extremely pushy and did not even TRY to make a reasonable deal. Quite frankly; we were insulted. We won't try to explain the ludicrous 'solution' they proposed. We are now the proud owners of a New; 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe ( Perhaps; Thanks to the terrible experiences at both Ford Dealers ) More

That being said, I walked into Herb Chambers' Braintree location after my 2006 Chev Impala was tboned and totaled. I was lucky to meet Dave Pichard, my salesperson. He was friendly, upbeat, (this was important as I had a severe case of post crash anxiety), listened attentively to my buying criteria, and was patient when I test drove 5 Ford vehicles, many of them twice. There was never any pressure for me to buy. He was more concerned that I find the right vehicle and patiently explained the pros and cons of each. This was without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And when I decided to purchase the Ford Fusion SEL, he and his manager worked hard to find the right color for me. And the car ROCKS!!! Easy to handle, fun to drive and lots of safety features! More
