It took hours sitting and waiting but none the less I got what I wanted. After over a week with the car, I decided the payments weren't good for me and my family. So I came here for help, I felt the payments were way to high and I felt I was told I needed to add items to my deal, when I didn't this was at 9:00 pm at night closing I was the last client. I had been sitting there for hours and needed to go home and eat as a diabetic. I explained all this to my sales person I had worked with the first time with Florin, I use to work, in customer service and the one thing you never do is get nasty with your customer which he did. You don't speak nasty or instiuate in anyway their lying on someone. I ended up keeping the car I originally got and they ended up taking off the things I didn't need off my deal and I'm very thankful for that. But, I've never been treated so disrespected like that I came there very respectful these people are rude and, intolerant and very slow with paper work to finance companies never will I do business again here. This was my first time I bought a car where I'm not 100% happy with the experience. I should be happy but I'm not they messed it up for me.csp buyer beware. More

As soon as we started looking Florin came outside to greet us and help us find what we were looking for. It took no time at all for my sister to find the perfect car. Florin was beyond helpful every step of the way, and he also made it really enjoyable sitting there for the 4+ hours we were there for. It was like being with and talking to a friend. He went above and beyond for us (especially because we hardly know anything about cars) and never made it look like we were bothering him. Although I am not in the market for a new car, when the time comes there is no doubt that I will come to this location (and hopefully buy through Florin again). Thanks again, Sara :) More
