Service writer Matthew Burns was extremely professional and was able to supply a quick and reasonable quote for the repairs on my 2014 Ford Escape. Matthew consulted with me via text while I was away from the service center on the status of repairs of my vehicle. He explained all his findings & service recommendations so that it was easy to understand. Also want to mention that the service center staff are very friendly and courteous.
