enjoyable effiient experienced and energetic So, my wife and I were looking for an explorer. something nice for the family. well we worked with Nate Gamble at the store and we also worked with Gu So, my wife and I were looking for an explorer. something nice for the family. well we worked with Nate Gamble at the store and we also worked with Guillaume the sales manager. Both showed us and compared a few models and we decided on the exact one we loved. Guillaume made sure our paperwork was perfect while Nate made sure we were comfortable and handled the delivery cleaning and explanation of our vehicle. We then worked with Kevin in finance and he did a great job getting us a very good rate for financing and we got a couple warranties at a good price. All in all everyone treated us very well, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with our time. I am definitely coming back for my next car. More

While I was finalizing the paperwork, Brandon went out to my new car and programmed in my old security code, presets, and everything else (even remembered to grab the CD from my old car, which I would have forgotten!) This was a truly painless car experience! More

service I had an appointment on 9/12/2017 at 11am to get my oil changed. I showed up on time and and was nicely greeted as always by the person at the service I had an appointment on 9/12/2017 at 11am to get my oil changed. I showed up on time and and was nicely greeted as always by the person at the service counter. I got "The Works" but told him not to rotate the tires because they're a week old. I sat in the waiting area for about 2 hours and 10 minutes. In addition to "The Works",which they check a few other things, they replaced the air filter for me. Great,no problem. My issue is that it took 2hours and 10 minutes to get an oil change and an air filter even though I had an appointment because I was told they were "busy". I wish I was told they were busy when I got there so I could have gone up the street to Valvoline. This review is not meant to hurt anyone but rather to let others know they might be better off going up the street for an oil change. I won't be going there anymore and I won't recommend......Kevin More

Best experience at a dealership! I went in looking at a 2016 used F-250. After looking the truck over, I knew the truck wasn't for me. A little discouraged, because it had what I want I went in looking at a 2016 used F-250. After looking the truck over, I knew the truck wasn't for me. A little discouraged, because it had what I wanted, I discussed what other avenue their was with Mark Diamond. We looked at a NEW 2016, with my favorite color and a beautiful body. Test drove it and gave it a look around. The bed was sprayed in, but the tail gate wasn't. That was when Scott Lewis came in and we looked the truck over on paper. He showed no hesitation in showing the dealerships invoice on the truck and showing what options it had. He also said he would spray the liner on the tailgate at no additional cost. The price was fair, and negotiation was minimal and quick. I didn't leave thinking "Oh, I could have done better, there was more to give." We chatted with Mark Diamond for a bit and shared quite a few laughs along the way. It's crazy that buying new was in the way back of my head, and I ended up getting a truck for well bellow what a used one would cost, with a full 3 year warranty, and all the incentives of buying new. The sales and finance team was a class act, and I couldn't have been anymore pleased with the dealership. Pick it up Saturday, with no expected hiccups. Well done, and thank you Mark, Scott, and Kevin! More
