The service department was great, i called to have my F150 Lightning get checked out for not going into drive or reverse. I got an appoint the next morning, i got a text confirming my appt. Chris at the service desk checked me in an game me his card, the i got a follow up txt after i left. He also flagged two software recall update needed to be done. I txt him at 1pm to fine or the status, he responded right back and told me it will be ready on an hour. The problem that was fix was the 12v battery needed to be replaced. It was all under the Ford warranty. Chris was very professional and easy to deal with. More
poor customer service. service advisor jack dropped the ball when it came to repair. I was supposed to get rim repair which rim wasn't 100% complete. brought it to jacks at service advisor jack dropped the ball when it came to repair. I was supposed to get rim repair which rim wasn't 100% complete. brought it to jacks attention which he confirmed. was told that they would need to hold my car for 2 additional days to fix repair. jack told me my car was ready and fixed. when car got dropped off it came with same scratch I confirmed with jack. then after confronting them about it they tried to gaslight me and said it was a different wheel. confirmed that it was the same wheel in question. reached out to general manager for apology. Scott wasn't apologetic at all despite me being in the right. he is willing to pay for the repair but isn't willing to pay for the rental during the downtime for the repair nor willing to provide a loaner. More
