Especially absurd that you are told that you will have a replacement vehicle within two days! 5 days later and the customer has to reach out to the sales rep to inquire about their car. Notes about the reported car issue are not in the computer logs. And sales rep is gone for the day by 3:30 on this 5th day of no communication! Had to ask for Manager to get any answer as to my questions/issues reported 5days prior. Unacceptable business response in these days when family needs their vehicle in order to proceed with life’s routine. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone More

Called yesterday and explained that my fobs for my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country aren't working, and that I need one new one. Employee quoted me a price of $179.99 each. I called again this morning and ex Chrysler Town and Country aren't working, and that I need one new one. Employee quoted me a price of $179.99 each. I called again this morning and explained myself again and asked about making an appointment for today. That employee said to come in to the dealership anytime, and that it takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete to reprogramming. It's a far drive to the dealership, so I called a third time just before leaving my house. Tried three times to get to parts department. Three times the system hung up on me. Called sales, and they connected me to parts. Parts guy said that he would have to order the fob based on the last eight digits of my vin number. He quoted approx $500 per fob. So I ask you, does anyone there know what they're doing? Not in my experience. You get a different answer from each person you speak to. Glad I didn't waster 45 minutes each way driving to this dealership. Based on my experience, I will not use Herb Chambers in the future, nor will I recommend them. More
