Brought my vehicle in because the AC was. It blowing cold air. They took my car in right on schedule. Diagnosed the problem which is covered by my extended warranty and ordered the parts. The communication was very poor from the beginning. All I was looking for was a text or call from them to see if any progress or updates. I did not hear back for over a week. The first day the car was brought in the service associate gave me no information and I waited in the waiting room until I finally went to the desk to ask. I was then told that they couldn’t look at the vehicle for a couple days. That turned into a week and half and still nothing. When they finally tried to communicate they sent the wrong information to my husband and thought he was another person so called him by the wrong name. They used to be known for their service but I would not recommend them to anyone. More
