Andy is the best service representative I have met in more than 50 years of going to auto dealerships for repairs and service. He is personable, customer oriented, eager to make sure that everything is more than 50 years of going to auto dealerships for repairs and service. My Dodge RAM transmission had failed in New Jersey, and been replaced with a rebuilt transmission there, which proved defective. Andy was totally responsive, and Ken worked hard to identify the problem, which wasn't simple since it occurred sporadically. Ken drove the car home at night for nearly a week since he needed to hear the slipping of gears when it happened. After nearly a week, he identified the problem, and the Herb Chambers Dodge replaced parts of the rebuilt transmission. They were determined to find the problem, fix it, and get us on our way. Andy and Ken clearly enjoy their work, and communicated that to us. I would rate them both a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. You can quote me if you would like. I have now purchased 2 cars from Herb Chambers-Millbury and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I would not and will not let any other dealer service my cars nor would I EVER! consider and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I have always been treated with respect and in a way that shows me that my time and satisfaction matters to them more than my money. The service deptartment has always been thoughtful, as I am a full time worker and full time college student I do not have a lot of time to sit around waiting for my car. Trevor has always made sure my car was ready for me when they said it would be and that I have a place to do my homework or a car to get to work what-ever my needs were that day. I repeat, I will never go anywhere else to buy or service my cars again! More
On my first call to Herb Chambers I spoke with Trevor & described my problem...had a broken turn signal lever that Harr told me wouldn't be covered under warranty. So I tried to superglue the part back together, unsuccessfully. Then my son told me to call Herb Chambers. That's when I told Trevor my story and he immediately stated that I should bring my vehicle in and that they would work with me. Upon arrival the next day I spoke with Andy who was absolutely a joy to deal with. What a refreshing experience compared to my experience with Harr. He was pleasant, professional and understanding. He's truly an asset to Herb Chambers. My vehicle was taken in, looked at and determined that it should be fixed under the Dodge warranty (I've only had the car 6 months and it's a 2010). Andy told me that the part had to be ordered and they were having it shipped overnight. He told me that I should come in at 10 am the next morning to be sure the part arrives in the morning. While on my way to Herb Chambers the following day, Andy called me to tell me that the part did indeed arrive. I've never had such wonderful service from a dealership EVER! Give these guys a raise, they deserve it! More
Went for my first oil change for my Jeep Cherokee.. the service dept was extrememly friendly. I loved that they washed my car too!! :) I bought my Jeep from this dealership in the Fall and have only had p service dept was extrememly friendly. Andy Gibson went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Right from the first phone call of my reporting the problem with my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee till my car was fixed, he always had a po satisfaction. Customers are in the hands of the service department and really need to have reliable, trustworthy people to help them. I can honestly say I was given this type of assistance. Andy could have said no, sorry your warranty is out but instead he dug deeper and was able to put me in touch with Chrysler. Between Herb Chambers and Rio at Chrysler, I have to say I have never had such a high level of excellent customer service where they truly listend to the issue, reviewed every option possible, and kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn't just another case number where you wait for letters that would say, sorry can't help you. They returned phone calls immediately and treated me with respect and concern. Any glitch that came up, Andy made sure to fill me in and found a resolution. Kevin also was very helpful and made sure to listen to me and the issues at hand to be sure the car was fixed properly and I was satisfied with the repairs. I do not know what I would have done without their help. They truly care about their customers and make sure you understand things. They treat customers with respect and have a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you walk in their door. More

Kudos to Andy for doing this right. I have to add that we are former Sutton Jeep customers, and one of the reasons we were very faithful to Sutton was the outstanding service department and service manager. It saddened us when they closed and we were faced with getting our service elsewhere. But the guys at Herb Chambers have always been great to deal with the last few years and have always treated us well. If only service & repairs didn't cost so much! More
