Andy Gibson went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Right from the first phone call of my reporting the problem with my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee till my car was fixed, he always had a po satisfaction. Customers are in the hands of the service department and really need to have reliable, trustworthy people to help them. I can honestly say I was given this type of assistance. Andy could have said no, sorry your warranty is out but instead he dug deeper and was able to put me in touch with Chrysler. Between Herb Chambers and Rio at Chrysler, I have to say I have never had such a high level of excellent customer service where they truly listend to the issue, reviewed every option possible, and kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn't just another case number where you wait for letters that would say, sorry can't help you. They returned phone calls immediately and treated me with respect and concern. Any glitch that came up, Andy made sure to fill me in and found a resolution. Kevin also was very helpful and made sure to listen to me and the issues at hand to be sure the car was fixed properly and I was satisfied with the repairs. I do not know what I would have done without their help. They truly care about their customers and make sure you understand things. They treat customers with respect and have a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you walk in their door. More

Kudos to Andy for doing this right. I have to add that we are former Sutton Jeep customers, and one of the reasons we were very faithful to Sutton was the outstanding service department and service manager. It saddened us when they closed and we were faced with getting our service elsewhere. But the guys at Herb Chambers have always been great to deal with the last few years and have always treated us well. If only service & repairs didn't cost so much! More
I worked with Trevor fixing my Pacifica and although it turned into a big electrical issue it seemed to be dealt with in a timely manner, everytime I dealt with Service they were freindly and seemed to wan turned into a big electrical issue it seemed to be dealt with in a timely manner, everytime I dealt with Service they were freindly and seemed to want to get my car fixed and back to me as fast as possible and done right. I started going to Herb Chambers Jeep about a year ago when I started my new job in Worcester. At first I was a bit skeptical , not knowing anybody who does service there. I live just down the street from Herb Chambers Chrysler of Millbury. The first time I went there to service my car, it was purely out of convenience. (My previous mechanic went out of business). Sam, at the counter, explained the service they were going to perform on my car clearly and patiently and helped me understand what needed to be done and why. He was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Being a sceptic, I thought for sure that my second visit would not be nearly as pleasant, and they were simply "pampering" the new customer to ensure a return visit. Well, it worked! And it's worked every time since! Each time I visit the service department in Millbury, Sam has been there, and been just as helpful and patient as the first day we met. I would recommend this service department to anyone, without a doubt! More
Called to make a service appointment for a recall on my wife's Grand Caravan, having to do with an air-bag issue. Specified that I would like to wait since {according to the bulletin}, is only one hour, an wife's Grand Caravan, having to do with an air-bag issue. Specified that I would like to wait since {according to the bulletin}, is only one hour, and the advisor accomodated my needs. That appointment was March 3, 2008 at 4pm. I called to confirm that everything was on schedule, and if I show up at 4pm, my van would be started right away. After a brief on hold session, the advisor asked if I could drop the van off at 3pm instead of 4. I can't since I'm working. When asked if I would like to re-schedule, I told him I would have to get back to him since I live 3/4 hour away, and this apppointment was crucial, due to personal scheduling issues. I own an '05 Jeep Rubicon, and this van is an '05 EXT version. Appointment delays have occurred like this two other times. I will more than likely look elsewhere for sales and service in the future. Every time I go into the Service Dept, there are "new" people....you can't develop a relationship with them at all. Not good. More
