Don't trust this dealership! I had issues with service every time I went there. Four visits and four failures by them. Service department is very unorganized. I live about 40 mile I had issues with service every time I went there. Four visits and four failures by them. Service department is very unorganized. I live about 40 miles away so I wait for my truck appointments. Supposed to have parts but inventory wrong, have to leave it or come back. Cannot do the job because the ONLY person with Chrysler password has left early, had to bring truck back a day after recall was done because the tech did not plug the airbag system back in after inspection and all the failure lights came on. The last time I left the truck overnight they did give me a loaner but damage was done to my truck bed cover ang I got numerous stories (not true) from the service manager trying to deny responsibility for it. So once they got my 40,000. They don't give a sh.t More
Transmition work done twice in 10 months I had a transmission problem that was covered under warranty, dealership did a quick fix that left me without a truck for two week and out of work als I had a transmission problem that was covered under warranty, dealership did a quick fix that left me without a truck for two week and out of work also, truck used for my business. 10 months later transmission broke again,only this time I'm out of warranty. Should of been fixed right the first time wile under warranty. Out of work this time for 3 weeks. Cost me $5200.00 to get my truck back. Would not ever buy a dodge again. Would not recommend this dealership. More

Andy is the best service representative I have met in more than 50 years of going to auto dealerships for repairs and service. He is personable, customer oriented, eager to make sure that everything is more than 50 years of going to auto dealerships for repairs and service. My Dodge RAM transmission had failed in New Jersey, and been replaced with a rebuilt transmission there, which proved defective. Andy was totally responsive, and Ken worked hard to identify the problem, which wasn't simple since it occurred sporadically. Ken drove the car home at night for nearly a week since he needed to hear the slipping of gears when it happened. After nearly a week, he identified the problem, and the Herb Chambers Dodge replaced parts of the rebuilt transmission. They were determined to find the problem, fix it, and get us on our way. Andy and Ken clearly enjoy their work, and communicated that to us. I would rate them both a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. You can quote me if you would like. I have now purchased 2 cars from Herb Chambers-Millbury and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I would not and will not let any other dealer service my cars nor would I EVER! consider and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I have always been treated with respect and in a way that shows me that my time and satisfaction matters to them more than my money. The service deptartment has always been thoughtful, as I am a full time worker and full time college student I do not have a lot of time to sit around waiting for my car. Trevor has always made sure my car was ready for me when they said it would be and that I have a place to do my homework or a car to get to work what-ever my needs were that day. I repeat, I will never go anywhere else to buy or service my cars again! More
On my first call to Herb Chambers I spoke with Trevor & described my problem...had a broken turn signal lever that Harr told me wouldn't be covered under warranty. So I tried to superglue the part back together, unsuccessfully. Then my son told me to call Herb Chambers. That's when I told Trevor my story and he immediately stated that I should bring my vehicle in and that they would work with me. Upon arrival the next day I spoke with Andy who was absolutely a joy to deal with. What a refreshing experience compared to my experience with Harr. He was pleasant, professional and understanding. He's truly an asset to Herb Chambers. My vehicle was taken in, looked at and determined that it should be fixed under the Dodge warranty (I've only had the car 6 months and it's a 2010). Andy told me that the part had to be ordered and they were having it shipped overnight. He told me that I should come in at 10 am the next morning to be sure the part arrives in the morning. While on my way to Herb Chambers the following day, Andy called me to tell me that the part did indeed arrive. I've never had such wonderful service from a dealership EVER! Give these guys a raise, they deserve it! More
Went for my first oil change for my Jeep Cherokee.. the service dept was extrememly friendly.
