This is the only place I go to service my Jeep. I have been going to Herb Chambers to service my Jeep for the past ten years. I’m on my fifth Jeep and this is the only place I go for service. The work performed by the mechanics is always done right and is completed in a timely manner. The Service Manager is Charlie who is a true professional and a true gentleman. Brett is also great and is very knowledgeable. I have never confronted Charlie or Brett with a mechanical problem they could not solve and I will continue to be loyal to Herb Chambers as long as Charlie and Brett continue to work there. They really go above and beyond to interact with the customers and keep people happy. The other employees in the Service Department \ Customer Service, including Trevor, do a great job too. I can not speak for the Sales Department. I have no experience with them. More
