Needed an oil change as I was down to 6 %. I scheduled an appointment for the 18th but was not comfortable waiting till then. So I dropped in. Local garage was wrong. Herb Chambers Dodge was right. My 2013 Ram 1500, (with 244,300 miles on it), failed Mass. inspection. The garage said it needed 2 lower ball-joints. I had purchased the life-time wa My 2013 Ram 1500, (with 244,300 miles on it), failed Mass. inspection. The garage said it needed 2 lower ball-joints. I had purchased the life-time warrantee when I bought the truck new, (at Herb Chambers) so I brought it to herb Chambers for repair. They called and said they found nothing wrong with the ball-joints, but did discover a non-related issue with the drive-line. I asked them to take care of that issue, which they did in a timely manner - and all it cost me was the deductible. I don't remember the name of the service rep I spoke to, but I will say I was treated fairly and professionally, and will definitely bring my truck back to this dealership for any further issues. More
