Just finished my fifth oil & filter change at this dealership and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Also have a filter changed and tires rotated. All done in an hour and fifteen minutes while I w dealership and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Also have a filter changed and tires rotated. Needed to replace my drivers side mirror. It had to be ordered. Wasn’t expecting to come for several weeks, but Mark stayed on top of it and came in early. We had issues with our radio on a vehicle we lease. They fixed it and the next day it wasn’t working again. We brought it back in and they gave us a brand new car to drive while they fixed ours. Was a bit early for my 8AM oil change appointment....ran into Mark at the Service Dept door. He welcomed me inside and began the check in process immediately. I mentioned a concern with suspension that he into Mark at the Service Dept door. He welcomed me inside and began the check in process immediately. I mentioned a concern with suspension that he had the Techs check into during the appointment. There is an issue, but the parts were not available. Mark told me he would order the parts and schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as they came in. I found Mark to be efficient and personable in our dealings. If more folks in Service had a similar demeanor, maybe car dealerships wouldn't such a tough reputation to work out from . I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! More
