Daniel was exceptional in troubleshooting my problem. I had been waiting for backordered parts for months and he researched what went wrong with them and got me back on track. I normally get a loaner vehicle and since there weren't any he was kind enough to shuttle me to an appointment knowing that I had to Uber to rent a car. I know most of the team at the Millbury location and I trust them completely with my Jeep. My service was fast and uneventful. However, when I scheduled my service the Girl that took my call indicated they didn’t have a shuttle cause of lack of manpower.
