I have purchased two vehicles at this dealership and have frequently used the dealership for servicing. Overall, I have been happy with the service. My only complaint was that they told me that they would provide me with a loaner car, but in the end, they didn’t follow thru, so it was a struggle to find rides. When I picked up my vehicle, the service rep, Mike, was excellent is explaining the bill thoroughly to me and answered my questions. More

The video they send once all the work is completed is a nice touch. I like the way they explain future repairs or parts that are beginning to wear, such as brakes or general maintenance. I can get quotes up front and not be surprised with an outrageous bill and unnecessary services. The car is always washed and better than it drove in. Adam takes the time to talk to you and get to know you instead of all business. Since he was a tech he understands in and outs of what the techs are doing. More
