I don’t know if the delay in getting the part was the dealer’s fault or the parent company’s fault. Whoever was at fault, it took 3 1/2 months to get the part before it could be replaced. This doesn’t se dealer’s fault or the parent company’s fault. Whoever was at fault, it took 3 1/2 months to get the part before it could be replaced. This doesn’t seem like a good way to do business. Also, I would have preferred to have my phone calls and/or emails answered instead of ignored. More
Service manager Chelsea Waugh is TRULY AWESOME! My recall part for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler came in and she scheduled me for an appointment in less than 1 week and informed me it might take 2 days to My recall part for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler came in and she scheduled me for an appointment in less than 1 week and informed me it might take 2 days to complete and gave me a rental car until my Jeep was ready and I also asked her for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a replacement part for a hinge on my back seat and she ordered this part and my Jeep was ready the very next day and when I came in to pick it up she had a service technician replace the broken hinge part immediately before I left! I can’t say enough GREAT things about Chelsea Waugh and all the service technicians at Herb Chambers Millbury! They are SO AWESOME and I continue to have ALL my work done there no EXCEPTIONS! More
