Went for my first oil change for my Jeep Cherokee.. the service dept was extrememly friendly. Andy Gibson went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Right from the first phone call of my reporting the problem with my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee till my car was fixed, he always had a po satisfaction. Customers are in the hands of the service department and really need to have reliable, trustworthy people to help them. I can honestly say I was given this type of assistance. Andy could have said no, sorry your warranty is out but instead he dug deeper and was able to put me in touch with Chrysler. Between Herb Chambers and Rio at Chrysler, I have to say I have never had such a high level of excellent customer service where they truly listend to the issue, reviewed every option possible, and kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn't just another case number where you wait for letters that would say, sorry can't help you. They returned phone calls immediately and treated me with respect and concern. Any glitch that came up, Andy made sure to fill me in and found a resolution. Kevin also was very helpful and made sure to listen to me and the issues at hand to be sure the car was fixed properly and I was satisfied with the repairs. I do not know what I would have done without their help. They truly care about their customers and make sure you understand things. They treat customers with respect and have a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you walk in their door. More

Kudos to Andy for doing this right. I have to add that we are former Sutton Jeep customers, and one of the reasons we were very faithful to Sutton was the outstanding service department and service manager. It saddened us when they closed and we were faced with getting our service elsewhere. But the guys at Herb Chambers have always been great to deal with the last few years and have always treated us well. If only service & repairs didn't cost so much! More
My first visit was in November of 2010, to replace my wife's 2001 PT Cruiser. Going in to the dealer we were looking for a Dodge Charger with All Wheel Drive. Upon pulling into the dealership we were gre wife's 2001 PT Cruiser. Going in to the dealer we were looking for a Dodge Charger with All Wheel Drive. Upon pulling into the dealership we were greeted by Dennis. We began to discuss the Dodge Charger and quickly found out that all wheel drive for the 2010 model would be hard to find and that the 2011s would be out in January. There was no pressure as we discussed the performace of the rear wheel drive vehicle in the snow. I had done some research on it before heading out to the dealer and after talking to Dennis and seeing my wife's eyes glimmering with desire at the silver charger with the 20" rims and rear spoiler, we decided to make the purchase. The dealings went quick. We were satisfied with the trade value on the PT cruiser and ended up with some cash back on the Charger as well, putting the payment at a comfortable price. We received the car the next day and my wife has been thrilled with the vehicle as well as its performance in the snow. As a note we did buy snow tires. While going through the paper work I had my eyes on the plefora of Jeep Wranglers and Dodge Challengers on the lot and in the showroom. Over the next month I did research, on the Jeep Wrangler and the Challenger. I convinced myself that the Jeep was the more practical vehicle for living in New England. I talked with Dennis on several occasions, tested drove and eventually settled on buying a Wrangler. This time I had a certain budget I was willing to spend as we had just purchased a vehicle. After several weeks of working with Dennis I decided on a Wrangler on the lot with all the features I wanted and at a price that fit out budget. I received a fair price on my 2001 Jaguar trade in and drove away with the Wrangler several days later. A week later I had started to come to the conclusion that driving the Wrangler on the highway 40 miles a day, after driving a Jaguar, was not really fun. When I brought the Jeep in for my sticker, I talked to Dennis about my dissatisfaction of driving the vehicle. Dennis, being a fan of the Wrangler, told me to give it some time, drive it through the winter and see if I became of comfortable with it. I actually left feeling good about it and happy that he did not just try to make a sale. After so more commuting to work, I decided a like the feel of a car more and returned to Herb Chambers to see if I could trade in the new Jeep for a Challenger. I was quite happy at the trade in value the gave me for the Jeep and was able to get into a Challenger for about the same payments. The Challenger I purchased was a 2010 located in the Danvers store. Dennis drove the car back to the Milbury store on his day off, getting me into the car sooner than later. Overall I have been impressed with the frendly helpful staff at the dealership. I am happy with the service and thrilled with the Challenger. I would recommend herb Chambers as a dealeship and Dennis as a sales person. More

Eileen Chase was a great sales person to work with. I corrected him a few times she never said a word.Also i'm disabled so my husband had to test drive the car but it will be mine after we but equipment in it so i had to make sure i could get into the drivers seat with no problem i told her that on the test drive and she was really understanding never rushed us. I would recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a car. More

My fiancee and i walked into herb chambers and was welcomed very warmly at the door by Eileen " they were all dressed down due to the fact that they were cleaning off the snow covered cars and we felt very comfortable and "equal" to them "!!! we told her what we came to look at and eileen brought us the suv and braved the cold night air as we looked it over then we took a test drive . Eileen was very knowledgeable about the car and the bus. all together . We then talked to Steve the finance manager and he asked what we were looking for and more than met our requirements he surppassed them . in closing we brought home our new suv and really belive that buying a new or used car can in fact be a pleasant experience and comforting if you go to "herb chambers " of millbury and get assisted by Eileen & Steve ...... I went to this dealership 3 times and test drove 2 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The 3rd visit I called prior to my arrival and let Dennis know I was on my way and if he could warm the Jeep up due to the cold w Wrangler Unlimited. So we drove a new Wrangler and then a used one. I wanted to get my truck appraised and told the salesman this. So while we were gone this was to be done, when we got back, nothing, not done. Then after they finally appraised it I wanted to start it up to warm it up due to the cold. It took 4 times of me asking and the salesman going over to the manager to get my keys due to they low balled me on what my truck was worth and then wanted me to buy the Jeep. In 5 minutes they offered me $2000 more for my truck after their 1st offer , which still was way to low and not even close to blue book value. I would never buy from any Herb Chambers and this is the 3rd Bad Experience that we have had with their dealerships. Each time we have gone to look at cars and at different dealerships and each time we walked away due to the sales staff. I will never buy from them. More
