I had been looking for a car for quite some time. Couldnt decide if I wanted to get one from a smaller dealership for a lower cost, but also an older car. Or if I wanted to go big and get myself a newer, mor decide if I wanted to get one from a smaller dealership for a lower cost, but also an older car. Or if I wanted to go big and get myself a newer, more reliable car. Dennis Burke definately helped me make the right decision. I found a 2009 Nissan on the website and contacted him about it. The finance manager did wonders for me. He gave me a super low price and gave me a very reasonable amount for my trade in. Because the car was not a certified pre-owned, Dennis and the finance manager worked hard to get me a really good warranty to add on. Dennis made sure all the "running around" was done for me. After test driving the car, which Dennis met me at work on a lunch break so I could do so, I only came to the dealership to sign my paperwork and pick up the car. It made buying a car, and spending more money than I had EVER spent on anything before a very easy and comfortable process. I never once felt like I was forced to buy anything. Every option was presented so I could make the best decisions. I have referred all my friends and family looking for cars to Dennis. I know they will have the great experience I did. More

Andy is the best service representative I have met in more than 50 years of going to auto dealerships for repairs and service. My Dodge RAM transmission had failed in New Jersey, and been replaced with a rebuilt transmission there, which proved defective. Andy was totally responsive, and Ken worked hard to identify the problem, which wasn't simple since it occurred sporadically. Ken drove the car home at night for nearly a week since he needed to hear the slipping of gears when it happened. After nearly a week, he identified the problem, and the Herb Chambers Dodge replaced parts of the rebuilt transmission. They were determined to find the problem, fix it, and get us on our way. Andy and Ken clearly enjoy their work, and communicated that to us. I would rate them both a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. You can quote me if you would like. I have now purchased 2 cars from Herb Chambers-Millbury and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I would not and will not let any other dealer service my cars nor would I EVER! consider and had both serviced here many times over the last 2 years. I have always been treated with respect and in a way that shows me that my time and satisfaction matters to them more than my money. The service deptartment has always been thoughtful, as I am a full time worker and full time college student I do not have a lot of time to sit around waiting for my car. Trevor has always made sure my car was ready for me when they said it would be and that I have a place to do my homework or a car to get to work what-ever my needs were that day. I repeat, I will never go anywhere else to buy or service my cars again! More
On my first call to Herb Chambers I spoke with Trevor & described my problem...had a broken turn signal lever that Harr told me wouldn't be covered under warranty. So I tried to superglue the part back together, unsuccessfully. Then my son told me to call Herb Chambers. That's when I told Trevor my story and he immediately stated that I should bring my vehicle in and that they would work with me. Upon arrival the next day I spoke with Andy who was absolutely a joy to deal with. What a refreshing experience compared to my experience with Harr. He was pleasant, professional and understanding. He's truly an asset to Herb Chambers. My vehicle was taken in, looked at and determined that it should be fixed under the Dodge warranty (I've only had the car 6 months and it's a 2010). Andy told me that the part had to be ordered and they were having it shipped overnight. He told me that I should come in at 10 am the next morning to be sure the part arrives in the morning. While on my way to Herb Chambers the following day, Andy called me to tell me that the part did indeed arrive. I've never had such wonderful service from a dealership EVER! Give these guys a raise, they deserve it! More
While shopping for a new Jeep I wandered into Herb Chambers in Millbury, MA as one of my targetted dealerships based on my web research of dealership ratings and proximity to my home. Francesca Blanchett came out to greet me while I was looking at one of the Wranglers in a most respectful and helpful manner. She answered many of my questions and was open and honest about what she knew and did not know about the vehicle. I had done quite a bit of research on the vehicle I was interested in and so knew the average selling price as well as the value of my 01'Saab that I was trading in. An offer was made but I was not simply looking to buy a car based on price. I was looking for a dealership that I felt had integrity and service competency over the time of my Jeep ownership. Francesca introduced me to Service and Parts folks who have an average of 8 years with the dealership. I found out later that Herb Chambers was recently rated as one of the top places to work. With Service personnel staying in one place as long this; one can put the pieces together and figure out that this is a dealership that cares for its people. Still I did not buy immediately. I visited with two other dealerships. I came back to discuss slightly different loan terms (5yrs vs 3yrs) to keep all of the offers on the table the same. I found out that Francesca lost a dear friend the evening before in a tragic accident. Francesca was not available immediately but Joe Provost stepped in and picked up where Francesca left off and significantly helped 'seal the deal' with me. Francesca came in during this time and added significant assistance even during this stressful time. Steve Zografos the business manager helped guide me through the financing and provided some compelling service options that were VERY flexible. By the way Steve found me an outstanding rate for the loan. In short this is a cohesive team of dedicated professionals who's goal is not simply selling you a car. I felt as though they try to establish an equitable partnership that will serve you for however long you wish to own your vehicle. I'll be honest; I don't buy cars all that often. But this experience has turned my opinon of buying cars around. I can say that when my wife wants to update her car we will be going to Herb Chambers.
