True story people....I lost my company car after 20 years of having that benefit. Not sure what to buy....make/model/price point etc, I stressed out for three days. I shopped on line endlessly and found the make and model I wanted. My dream car...Challenger. With a few bumps in the road, my credit less than perfect I went to a Dodge dealer and drove the Challenger. Within a few minutes I was told that the terms I was requesting could not be accomplished. So I started to re think the whole idea. Then I called Mike!!! Within one hour...he called me with the best price, and had an approval that was well in my budget. He found my dream car at another dealership, offered to go get it...and within 24 hours...I have the car of my dreams, color, options, payment, all of it. It was magic! Upon arrival, the whole staff treated my like royalty, and my car was out front ready to go. The entire experience was just un believable and I couldn't be happier. I say this with the utmost gratitude. They never once judged me or made me feel less important because of my past credit history, and he went so far above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I'll recommend HIM and the entire staff to Herb Chambers. Thank you Mike....Your the best!!!! More

No response from any type of management after multiple attempts. Once the purchase is made they don't care about there customers. Will not do business with them on my next purchase. More

Hassle-free, great inventory and easy process! We went to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, and what we were worried about was the level of stock. We had already visited three other de We went to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, and what we were worried about was the level of stock. We had already visited three other dealerships (different companies) and noticed that if we wanted to act fast on our purchase, we were running out of luck. However, when we started looking at the different options, level of packages, etc., at Herb Chambers, we were pretty psyched. Michael Jenks is a well-informed car professional. And, above this, he knew a TON about Jeep Wranglers, and made it easy to deal with since we had probably done about 30 hours of research before we arrived. Michael made the process smooth, didn't try to scam us, and told us how and when to choose the right package. He sat with us after the car was ready and made sure we knew how to operate the top (both the hard top and the soft top) and told us he'd even swing by and give us a hand in taking the car back for a registration sticker if we needed it based on our schedules. That's way above and beyond. Pretty damned awesome. Not to be forgotten is the GM, Doug Magliozzi. He personally got us hooked up with Mike, made sure he oversaw the process and even went as far as to help evaluate the trade in. Killer experience all around. More

Mike Nicoletti My experience with your facility began on July 11th at 10:30am with a wonderful and oh so helpful gentleman named Tom Mulcahy. As a three peat custome My experience with your facility began on July 11th at 10:30am with a wonderful and oh so helpful gentleman named Tom Mulcahy. As a three peat customer I thought it would be in my best interest to "stick to what I know" Mr. Mulcahy assisted me in my decision to purchase my Dodge Dart. I completed all the required paperwork (so I thought) and explained to Mr. Mulcahy that my credit was not as desirable as one would like, at which time Mr. Mulcahy informed me that he would do his best to assist me in this purchase. And so it began: (Monday July 14th) I was asked for several pertinent documents to be forwarded to the dealership as it's "a new bank and we've never dealt with them" I completely understood and complied with this request. On Tuesday MIKE NICOLETTI had Mr. Mullahs call me to inform me that "we are still waiting for the bank to fund the car" ( ok, I get it). At 12:25pm I was called again by Mr. Mulcahy asking for more required paperwork and again I supplied it and again I understood. This was the last and final time I was called or contacted in any way by your dealership. Any and all communication was initiated my phone calls that I made. Each time still speaking to a very pleasant Mr. Mulcahy. After this date of July 14th I called the dealership a total of 19 TIMES!!!! Not once hearing from MIKE NICOLETTI, NOT ONCE!! It wasn't until I visited (against my better judgement) the dealership on July 22nd and had the unpleasant experience of finally meeting MIKE NICOLETTI. I inquired about the goings on with the car to which he responded in a very matter of fact, you're bothering me type attitude "I told you Beth, I would have the car ready for you on Friday" I explained to him that I would appreciate that as I had to leave for Canada for a funeral on Friday. To which he said " yeah yeah I'm on it" On Thursday 7/24 I received a call from the bank with a few questions (again, I get it and understand) I then ask this nice gentleman "what could possibly be the hold up with this car, I've never had an experience like this before" he replied "oh there's no delay, I just received the paperwork from the dealership yesterday" YESTERDAY???!!!!!!! Still never hearing from MIKE NICOLETTI, I did receive calls from 1) Mr. Mulcahy (again) 2) my insurance company many times who in conjunction with a very nice woman Crystal from your dealership who was very pleasant and helpful and at this point sympathetic to my plight. On Friday 7/25 I arrived at the dealership at approximately 1:00pm (keep in mind MIKE NICOLETTI assured me that HE would have the car ready for me. Guess who was off that day?????? Yes------- MIKE NICOLETTI. Poor Mr. Mulcahy this man did his job over and above. He did MIKE NICOLETTIS leg work, phone calls, and apologies etc etc. Had it not been for Mr. Mulcahy I certainly would've taken my business elsewhere. I assure you I will NOT return to shop at Herb Chambers again. Having served the public myself for some 36 years I know exactly how to treat my guests. MIKE NICOLETTI is a disgrace to your company. He has absolutely NO respect, NO regard, lacks people skills, and is the most unprofessional man I have ever come across. I would certainly like to think that you would take the time to investigate this horrific transaction. Had ONE phone call been made by him, perhaps this would've ended on a much better note. I signed for this car on July 11th and picked it up on July 25th, keep in mind MIKE NICOLETTI made not ONE phone call. I hope to hear from you regarding this matter as I would be happy to discuss this further. Sadly, A very unhappy, three peat customer Elizabeth M.
