I am pretty particular about what I like to drive when it comes to a pick up truck. I was in the market to replace my 176,000 mile Ford with a "new-used" truck and was making the rounds to the various lots comes to a pick up truck. We discussed what I was looking for, and during our talk I found Andrew to be courteous, knowledgable (in not only what he represented but in other makes and models as well), and most importantly, seemingly truly interested in finding the truck that was right for me. He was right up front in telling me that he only had a couple of vehicles that might fit some of my requirements, so rather than wasting my time he would get back to me if something came up. Over the next week he called me several times to let me know he was still looking, and on New Years Eve day left me a message that he found the truck he thought would be perfect for me. I only had New Years Day off so he offered to come in on his day off to show me the truck and I was instantly sold. I even got a pretty good deal. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this is the first time a salesman has put no effort in trying to shoehorn me into something that wasn't right for me and 100% effort in making sure what he showed me matched what I was looking for. In fact, he told me that when he took the truck in trade he told the previous owner that he knew just the right person to show the truck to. When I told him I was very happy with his effort and the end result he replied: "You're spending $30,000 for a truck and it's only right that I spend the time making sure it's the right truck.". If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend you ask for Andy. If he can't find what you're looking for it doesn't exist. More

I came in just to look at the new Jeep Cherokee and was greeted by Andrew. He first informed he was new to the industry. He sat me down and asked of the vehicle and how I wanted it equipped. He then let us take the vehicle for an extend test drive and when we returned I signed and had my new Jeep. I was offered an excellent trade in for my current car. It was the easiest car buying I have ever had. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from him again. I have also told family of how easy it was. Total time took about four hours. The next day after purchase Andrew called to make sure I was enjoying my Jeep and to tell me my registration was in and to set up a time for inspection. After a lot of Internet research about the dodge dart, I found that the trim level that I wanted was out of my price range. AJ was more than helpful in allowing me to test drive two different trim level veh found that the trim level that I wanted was out of my price range. After discussing pricing I realized that I would need to step down to the lowest trim level in order to afford the vehicle. After explaining this to AJ, he showed me the demonstration model that was on the showroom floor. I was blown away by all of the features and couldn't believe everything the car was capable of. The price tag was way out of my price range, HOWEVER AJ was able to deliver me an unbelievable price!!! I had only planned on test driving the dart that day, but after getting such an amazing deal I had to buy it. I would strongly recommend AJ to anyone in the market for a new or used car. He was honest, straightforward, extremely knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! Being the first new car and first car I had ever financed and explaining this to AJ, he walked me through the entire process. First thought walking in on a Sunday was looking for information for a possible sale new or used to remove me out of a vehicle that I was upside down on. with the intension that they could not help me o information for a possible sale new or used to remove me out of a vehicle that I was upside down on. with the intension that they could not help me out of a lease that I was stuck in by Diamond Chevrolet, then I meet a salesman named AJ that looks no older than me and possible amateur in the field. but as I drill multiple questions and concerns at him he answers with the best and most reasonable answers that are effective to my situation. the professional knowledge of the vehicles he presents and sells shows in the confidence in training he has received and the why he carry's himself. the sales and finance team at this dealership worked beyond any other has for me to get me the truck that was a major necessities to my line of work. I could recommend this dealership and group of individuals 10 out 10 to any friends or co works for their endless effort to give the customer what the want with out the crazy stress of over paying. If I could name one flaw in the system it would have to be sticking a high speed guy like myself in a soccer mom van, but I feel that brings character and the personality of a sale out and not only did the loaner van bring good laughs but comfort ability that I now have to return for future purchases.
