Easiest car buying experience I have had some bad experiences with dealers before, but this place was different. I checked to see if the car I saw online was there and it was. Upon arriving I met the friendly and knowledgeable salesman, David. He provided excellent service and was very patient. He retrieved the correct car and we went for a very comfortable test drive where I was able to check and test out everything I wanted to. Ultimately the deal was made and I finally felt like I wasn't being robbed by the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman to my friends. More

Being in sales, I was really interested in just getting a I visited Herb Chambers Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram of Millbury on the 20th of Novemeber. Being in sales, I was really interested in just getting a good deal with little to no effort. The purchase was for a 2015 Ram Procity for my fathers company. I am familiar with Herb Chambers and trusted that they would make the process easy and that they would take great care of me. I have to say that I am blown away! From the second I walked in and Met the Sales Manager Lou, who then introduced me to our product specialist Eric, to the very end of the process, my expectations have been far exceeded. Everything was full disclosure and I didn't catch even a second of them playing any games or trying to one up us. When it came to financing, our business manager, Pat, made it super easy as well. He got us a phenomenal rate and made sure that we we understood what everything meant. It's extremely tough now a days to find a dealership that truly listens and cares about what the customer wants and needs. At Chrysler, Jeep Dodge and Ram of millbury they really hit the ball out of the park. Thank you everyone. We will be back! More

Excellent service with Pat Osborne I went to Herb Chambers to assist my daughter in buying a new Jeep Limited. We were greeted immediately when entering the sales room. Pat took the time to listen to what we were looking to do and understood that we wanted to discuss the financing before looking at vehicles. The whole process from start to finished was handle with excellent customer service. We had several questions and at many times were undecided on whether we were going to buy or lease. Pat's patience and willingness to ensure we understand exactly how leasing worked was outstanding. I usually dread going through the car buying process but after this experience I would say that when it comes time to buy a car again I will be visiting Pat at Herb Chambers. More

Very disappointed I was working discreetly with the finance manager (Pat Gallagher) on trading in my current vehicle and financing a different one. After he had me fill out an application and send him over my personal information, he ran my credit which created an inquiry and docked my credit score. Once this was done, we were emailing back and forth on what my options would be and everything seemed to be going fine. I had met Pat through his friend that I was dating. A few days later, his friend and I had split and since then, Pat completely ignored my emails and would no longer help. All I have to say about this, is that he is VERY unprofessional and should never have let a personal issue come in between a future business deal. Now, if I ever want to go elsewhere to look at a vehicle, they will see that I just had a recent inquiry with Herb Chambers and assume that the deal fell through. I am very disappointed that such a reputable dealership would have someone work for them with such low integrity in their position. More

Great Experience!!! I went to Herb Chambers Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a vehicle knowing I wanted a Jeep . I arrived shortly after open and I was greeted By Brett the sal I went to Herb Chambers Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a vehicle knowing I wanted a Jeep . I arrived shortly after open and I was greeted By Brett the salesman I told him what I was looking for and numbers I was looking to spend. After him speaking with the sales manager the told me what they had. He was very helpful, nice, easy to talk to and although I don't remember everyone's name that I spoke with that day from Brett the salesman to the finance guy Steve and everyone was so nice, knowledgable, helpful and I am very pleased with my vehicle a 2015 Jeep Patroit White. They had my registration the next day and I was able to stop by and get a sticker with fast priority service from the service department. There was a small problem with the second Key but I was kept up to date and Brett called when he said he would and I was issued another one like promised. I am so happy with my vehicle, the friendly people I encountered that day in sales and everyone else that I have spoken to at the dealership!! Thank you so much!!!! I will see you in 10 years when my daughter starts to drive !!!!! Thank you !!!!! More
